Instead of a traditional biography that you aren’t going to read, here are fun facts to get to know our team!

If you have ever met her in person, chances are Roe is wearing something super-sparkly to match her personality.
Of course, she has to sparkle – after all, she is a real-life Fairy Godmother. It’s her mission. Just ask her! She will tell you that she is so blessed in life and love that she honors God’s gifts by trying to be a Fairy Godmother to anyone she thinks need her!
In true Roe-ness, her background is as varied as her talents. Having worked in theater at a major entertainment park and a cruise ship, plus a time as a travel agent and a marketing manager, her history with many different types of people has led her to truly be an intuitive “Human” Advisor.
Verified by an ancestry service, Roe’s heritage is legitimately nearly 100% pure Italian. What this truly means – if there is something you want to eat, she will figure out how to make it for you! Just ask the team – they are frequent test subjects for her latest creations.
She is our resident fashion stylist. Send her into a store, and someone is going to end up with an outfit they didn’t know they couldn’t live without!

Though he always seems like the polished, professional business owner that he is, Don actually grew up on a dairy farm and as a true farm boy, loves cows (moo!). In fact…that’s where he got his nickname, Pete!
He’s a pretty picky eater, but yet he loves all things spicy! Cajun, Mexican, Korean and even spicy Italian specialties are always on his favorites’ menu. He’s always challenging Roe for meals with “flavor!”
When he’s not finding the Money on the Floor™, you’ll find him checking the stock market or the weather. If he wasn’t a CFO, he would have pursued either of those as alternative career options.
You’ll almost always catch him with his drink of choice, Diet Pepsi.
He’s happiest when he’s driving his Audi or riding on his John Deere tractor…did we mention the dairy farm?

Normally you choose your CEO, but this CEO chose us (literally!). As a puppy she knew she was destined for greater things, so she chose her amazing owners and home.
When she’s not on Zoom calls, she is protecting her team or “pack” from the scary mailman or garbage truck.
Just like her, her personal brand is BOLD. You’ll always find her with the trendiest bows, she is the fur-baby of a fashionista after all.
She loves hooman food. Pizza is paws-itively her favorite!
Just like her employees, she is fiercely loyal. Never more than two steps away from Founding Partner, Roe. Yes, actually two steps. She’s working on the whole micro-managing thing.

Always dressed for success in his tuxedo colors, Catsby is the consummate professional with his ever-present bow-tie.
He frequently paroles the RDAG office in search of trespassing spiders and other creepy crawlies.
Though sometimes he likes to give CEO Pixie a run for her money, he swears he swats her just to keep her sharp and ready for the next opportunity.
Sound familiar? He is the epitome of a CFO!
